This explains the implemented prototype flow. Real texting is currently disabled; the website demonstration uses only sample details and sends nothing.
At the end of your call
The AI receptionist asks: “Can I text you the job details to review?” A clear yes permits the summary. No thanks, silence or an unclear reply does not. You can still leave your job request without accepting a text. No extra keypad step is added for text permission.
If you say yes
After the call, an enabled service can send one summary to the callback number known when you gave permission—normally the number you called from. If you request another number, that number needs to be recorded first. The message identifies the business and includes the job summary, a private review link and STOP instructions.
Fix anything we missed
The review link lets you change the job description, location and preferred callback time without creating an account. It normally expires after 48 hours. The contractor can see your corrections and the original information. A correction is a request for review, not an appointment or guaranteed callback time.
Change your mind
Tell the receptionist before hanging up, or reply STOP to an enabled text. STOP prevents further messages from that sender and disables the related review links. For support, email getleadbackai@gmail.com. This is a one-time job-summary flow, not a marketing list. Message and data rates may apply.
