What the LeadBack prototype does, what stays with the contractor, and how optional texts work.

LeadBack is a prototype operated by Jesse as an individual. There is no public signup or checkout on this website. A pilot must be arranged separately. Viewing or using the sample demo does not create a paid subscription.
The service
LeadBack provides AI-assisted phone intake for handyman and small-contractor inquiries. During an enabled call it collects structured job and contact details for a contractor to review, and queues an email notification. Optional text review can provide a link for the caller to correct selected job details after giving permission.
Call forwarding depends on the contractor’s carrier and setup. The contractor remains responsible for the services they offer, pricing, availability, appointments, job performance and customer follow-up. LeadBack does not perform the trade work.
AI and service limits
The receptionist identifies itself as AI. Voice-processing disclosures and the applicable consent steps are required for the configured intake. AI can misunderstand speech, omit details or misjudge urgency. Contractors should review inquiries and confirm important facts directly with the customer.
LeadBack does not invent or confirm prices, book appointments, guarantee response times, or guarantee that every call, email or message is received. It relies on phone, AI, network and email providers and may be unavailable or delayed. A submitted inquiry or callback preference is not an appointment.
LeadBack is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch help. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly. Do not rely on the receptionist or an email notification for emergency response.
SMS Terms
Program: LeadBack job-request review, sent on behalf of the business identified during the call and in the message. Live SMS is currently disabled while the controlled pilot setup is completed.
Choice and purpose: When enabled, the receptionist asks whether it may text the job details for review. A clear yes permits one summary for that call to the known callback number, or a caller-requested alternative recorded before permission. No, unclear or missing permission does not authorize a summary. Text consent is optional and is not a condition of leaving a job inquiry or purchasing contractor services.
Frequency: At most one initial review summary per consented, eligible call. The program does not send recurring marketing messages. Carrier/provider opt-out or help confirmations may be separate. Editing a request does not enroll you in additional texts.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines those charges. Text delivery and link access depend on your provider and internet connection.
Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from enabled texts from that sender. The application records suppression and disables associated review links. A message already handed to the provider cannot be recalled. Starting texts again is not automatic in this prototype; contact support.
Help: For help, email getleadbackai@gmail.com. The selected sender’s HELP response must be configured and verified before live SMS launches. Free-form text replies are not processed as job corrections; use the private review link.
Review links: Links normally expire after 48 hours and may be revoked earlier for opt-out, deletion or safety reasons. Keep the link private. Changes update the inquiry for contractor review, with previous values preserved in its activity history. Saving a correction does not confirm an appointment or promise a response.

Appropriate use
Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not use the prototype for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, impersonation, unauthorized access or attempts to expose other customers’ details. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive information.
Contractors must use an appropriately configured number, provide accurate business information, restrict access to customer details, and use the service within the scope of the agreed pilot. A pilot registration does not provision or authorize texting for every future contractor.
Pricing and pilot availability
The displayed $29 per month for 60 AI minutes is proposed pricing subject to cost validation. No payment is collected here. Before a paid plan or pilot begins, the parties must agree on the applicable fees, included services, limits, additional charges and cancellation terms. The proposed plan is not a guarantee of future pricing or availability.
Pilot availability and enabled features may change while the prototype is evaluated. A participant can contact support to stop participating and discuss any data-maintenance requests.
