Keep your familiar number
Where your phone provider supports it, unanswered calls can forward from your existing number to LeadBack. You choose when the receptionist steps in.

FOR THE ONE-PERSON CREW
You’ve got your hands full. Let a friendly AI receptionist hear what your next customer needs, so you can follow up when you’re ready.
Built for solo handymen and small contractors.
Currently a working prototype in controlled testing.
One less missed connection.
Your next job starts with a good conversation.
CUSTOMER REQUESTFront door won’t close properly
New request✓ Job details, location, and a good time to call back.
A little less phone tag.
A GOOD HANDOFF, WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND
A short conversation that gives you a clear next step.
Where your phone provider supports it, unanswered calls can forward from your existing number to LeadBack. You choose when the receptionist steps in.
The AI introduces itself and collects the job, location, name, callback details, and preferred callback time. It uses what the caller already shared.
The job request goes to your inbox and email. You review the details and contact the customer. Prices and appointments stay in your hands.
A THOUGHTFUL LITTLE FOLLOW-UP
When text review is enabled, the receptionist asks one simple question. A yes gets the caller a job summary and a private link after the call. A no is fine, too.
Text review is built and mock-tested. Real texting is still off while the pilot setup is completed.
“Can I text you the job details to review?”
Try either answer. This sample stays on this page.
✓ Updated by customer
Your original details would remain in the contractor’s activity history.
No problem. The sample job request can still go to the contractor, without a text.
MADE WITH SMALL BUSINESSES IN MIND
We’re building a focused receptionist for the calls you miss, starting with a working prototype and real-world voice testing.

Ask a question about the pilot ↗A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Yes. The receptionist identifies itself as AI. Voice processing and any required consent steps are explained before the applicable live intake. The private test flow uses consent given ahead of the call.
Often, through unanswered-call forwarding where your carrier supports it. Forwarding options, caller ID and carrier fees vary. Your receptionist also needs a connected phone number; final plan details are still being validated.
No. LeadBack collects the request for your review. You decide on pricing, availability and appointments, and contact the customer yourself.
No. Text permission is optional. The job request can still be collected without a text, and the customer can opt out of enabled texts by replying STOP.
LeadBack cannot dispatch emergency help. Its receptionist is instructed to stop routine intake when immediate danger is reported and direct the caller to local emergency services. AI can misunderstand, so never rely on it for emergency response.
Not yet. The prototype is in controlled testing. Email us if you would like to discuss the pilot; contacting us does not create a subscription or commit you to a purchase.
